No cutting and pasting. Studium Generale needed to promote their cultural events through a weekly HTML email. It had to be simple to send out, without time-consuming cutting and pasting.

Gather information from different sources. However, they organise a wide range of events, for many different audiences. Each audience would need a different newsletter. And in fact, they have two websites, one for their cinema program and one for all their other events.

Automatically compose newsletters. Using Post Poster, newsletters are generated automatically from your website content.

Preview and send. Post Poster pulls in events from the two websites based on a date range. The sender can further select whether to compile only events that cater for an English-speaking audience, or a Dutch-speaking audience. The sender can also choose to compose newsletters by selecting specific event posts from the two websites. The events are automatically put into an HTML newsletter template. A plain text version and a preview of the HTML email is presented to the user. If the user is happy with the preview they click a button to start the sending process.

Track click-throughs and other statistics. After the newsletter is sent, statistics such as click-throughs can be easily tracked.
